Our Story

We started managing servers before managed hosting was a product.

LoboHost was founded in 2009 out of a simple observation: most hosting providers treated servers like commodities and clients like ticket numbers. We believed — and still believe — that infrastructure managed with care performs better, fails less, and costs less to operate over time.

Over the years we've managed everything from single-site shared environments to multi-server application stacks for growing businesses. The scope has changed; the approach hasn't. Every environment we take on gets the same level of attention: proper initial setup, clear documentation, ongoing monitoring, and someone who answers when something goes wrong.

We're not the right fit for everyone — and that's intentional. If you need a self-serve control panel and automated upsells, there are plenty of providers who offer that. If you need infrastructure managed by people who treat it like their own, that's what we do.

2009

Founded — first managed hosting clients onboarded.

2012

Expanded into SSL certificate management and WAF configuration.

2016

Added dedicated server provisioning with Dell hardware.

2019

Introduced structured backup & restore verification program.

2023

Container environment support (Docker / Compose) added to standard offering.

Today

How We Work

The principles that haven't changed in 15 years.

Do it right the first time

A server that's set up correctly from the start costs far less to maintain than one that's patched together over time. We take the extra hour upfront so you don't pay for it later.

Direct communication

You communicate with the person who actually manages your infrastructure. No intermediaries, no ticket numbers, no waiting for someone to 'escalate' your issue.

Everything gets documented

Every environment we manage is fully documented — network topology, installed packages, cron jobs, credentials vault, and runbooks. Nothing critical lives only in someone's memory.

Proactive, not reactive

We monitor environments continuously and act on alerts before they become outages. Most issues get resolved before clients are even aware of them.

Infrastructure

We work with enterprise hardware and your existing stack.

We don't lock clients into proprietary platforms. We configure environments on the provider or hardware of your choice, document everything, and manage it on your behalf.

Dedicated & VPS

We work with dedicated hardware (Dell) and cloud VPS providers depending on the client's requirements. We configure and manage; you own the account.

Security-first defaults

Every environment starts from a hardened baseline: firewall rules, SSH lockdown, automatic security updates, and CIS benchmark audits as part of onboarding.
